Civil society declaration on the implementation of the UNTOC

 Dear civil society partners,

 

Please find attached the presentation delivered at the multistakeholder day on 4 April by representatives of the Alliance of NGOs on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice.  This presentation includes the key elements of a civil society declaration on the implementation of the UNTOC, which will be delivered to the 12^th Conference of Parties to the UNTOC COP in October 2024. 

 

All participants are invited to provide written comments on the elements included in the presentation by Friday 19^th April, to the following email address csdeclaration@crimealliance.org.  Throughout the spring and summer, the Alliance will be carrying out further consultations with other interested civil society before circulating a draft later in the year.  All civil society participants will have the opportunity to add their name to the declaration when a final draft is circulated.
