（廉政法治記者陳文文/新北報導）新北市三重區正義北路與龍門路口，今日（13日）凌晨1點多發生嚴重車禍。25歲駕駛駕駛賓士車高速行駛，撞上等紅燈的警車及後方多元計程車，現場巨響並波及多輛機車。車禍造成警車上兩名警員受傷，其中一人送醫後不治。監視器畫面顯示，肇事車輛幾乎未減速即闖過路口。初步了解，肇事駕駛聲稱因疲勞駕駛，精神不濟。事故波及18輛停放機車及一輛重機。救護車到場後緊急將傷者送醫，除了警員外，後方黑色轎車駕駛與副駕駛也受輕傷。事件發生在凌晨1點多，當時三重分局警員在正義北路往龍門方向行駛，於紅燈等待時遭賓士車撞擊。警車上兩名警員中，一人輕傷，另一人送醫後傷重不治。新北市警局長廖訓誠表示：「我們會釐清肇事原因，追究責任，並給予同仁一個交代。」後續警局將全力協助傷亡警員家屬處理喪葬及撫卹事宜。肇事駕駛依公共危險罪及過失傷害罪送辦。

韓國瑜裁定立院2／20開議

本會駐國會記者/賴中元報導：立法院長韓國瑜今（5）日舉行首場朝野協商，討論立法院開議日期。民眾黨團總召黃國昌先前主張2月6日就開議，若真來不及就改2月16日。韓國瑜則在會中裁示，就算改2月16日，也有基層必須年假中加班的問題，所以折衷在2月20日開議。國民黨團書記長洪孟楷透露，3黨半小時內確定結論，非常有效率和高度。同時他也曬出有著黃國昌簽名的協商結論。洪孟楷在臉書貼出「協商結論」，上頭寫滿新國會要角的簽名。洪孟楷表示，第十一屆國會國會開議日訂在2月20日（二），朝野協商確定。在協商過程中，三黨充分表達、理性溝通，最終達成協商、達成共識，半小時內確定結論，非常有效率和高度。黃國昌今日表示，韓國瑜體恤基層的心意可以體會，因為他們區區小黨的主張讓基層加班也不好，新國會首次黨團協商和氣，也徵得黨內幹部同意，接受20日開議。

ImPACT Coalition for the 2024 UN Civil Society Conference in Nairobi

Dear members and partners, In September 2024 the UN will hold a “Summit of the Future” with the aim to mend eroded trust and demonstrate that international cooperation can effectively tackle challenges. A zero-draft of the outcome document of this summit, “Pact for the Future Zero Draft” has been published. As part of the stakeholder consultations to feed into the Summit of the Future, the 2024 UN Civil Society Conference (9-10 May 2024 in Nairobi, Kenya) will focus on the Summit of the Future. With the aim to open room for drug policy voices the Vienna NGO Committee on Drugs applied, and got selected, to form an ImPACT Coalition for the upcoming Civil Society Conference in Nairobi (9-10 May). The title of our coalition and session is as follows: »The Future of Drug Policy – Civil Society Perspectives on Addressing the World Drug Situation«. It will build on the Global Civil Society Report and the recommendations identified therein. (see draft concept note) ...
