Achieving the SDGs cannot be done without ensuring the most vulnerable are not left behind, including
children deprived of parental care. The 2030 Agenda provides significant opportunities to improve the
lives of children without parental care. To achieve this, we have a responsibility to ensure that children
without parental care are fully brought into the SDGs, by being recognized as a left behind group and
ensuring that this group of children is included in SDG monitoring and reporting across all SDGs indicators
and targets.

Please join us in a discussion on how the SDGs should be progressed to ensure they benefit children
without parental care.
